Trinity attributes the recent 48% jump in applications in part to the viewbook and accompanying communications.

When Trinity wanted to heighten the visibility of its adult degree completion program in an increasingly competitive market, Susan’s research showed that, unlike typical adult learners, successful IDP students are not looking for the fastest, most convenient route to immediate career advancement. Rather, they want the full undergraduate experience. The new positioning is captured in the tagline and carried through all recruiting communications.
